IMPORTANT NOTICE

Full Name Option: You must provide the athlete's First name, and either the full Last (Family) name or initial.  No middle names.

3-letter Monogram Option: You must provide the three letters of your athlete's name (first, middle, last).   

Athlete's name must be entered into the "Order special instructions" box at check-out (bottom left of cart screen)

Completed name tags will be left at front desk of Tumblers Gymnastics Centre for your pick-up. DillyMerch will notify you by email.
